


- 1 Box, Barilla® Penne
- 1 Jar, Barilla® Pesto
- 4 Strips, Bacon
- 1 Medium Butternut squash, small diced
- ½ Cup, Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, meanwhile in a large skillet sauté the bacon until it’s crispy and set aside.
- Add the pasta and squash to the boiling water and cook for the recommended time. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta cooking water.
- Drain the pasta and squash, then add to the skillet, top with pesto and cooking water and stir to combine.
- Garnish with crispy bacon and cheese.
